A cross-platform mobile app with media playback, content synced from the cloud, and subscriptions handled through the standard app stores with one source of truth.
Problem → delivery
Wellness apps lose users at auth and onboarding more than anywhere else. Fragile session handling and jarring paywalls undermine the calm the product is supposed to create.
A rework branch significantly ahead of the default, focused on rendering safety, auth-flow reliability, and clean subscription gating. Content, audio, and guided paths stay intact; the plumbing underneath is now solid.
Subscription status is sourced from one partner so App Store and Play stay in sync. Auth state drives rendering gates so users never see half-loaded content after a session change.
Built for real-world use
UX hardening is invisible when it works and glaring when it doesn't. The rework treated auth-safe rendering and onboarding continuity as core product quality, not polish to add at the end.
