Small teams were losing deals because full CRM tools were built for sales orgs of 20+. They needed real pipeline visibility without the configuration overhead.

What we shipped

A cross-platform CRM with shared architecture across a Next.js web app and Expo mobile app, backed by Supabase for auth, data, and storage. AI-assisted flows help move opportunities from lead to close with less manual coordination.
