Important decisions were being made ad-hoc in chat threads with no clear weighting or reasoning, making them hard to revisit or explain later.
A web platform that guides teams through a weighted scoring framework, making the tradeoffs in each decision explicit and reproducible.
Zod-validated inputs keep decision data clean at the boundary. Supabase stores evaluation history so teams can revisit past decisions without hunting through notes.
Built for real-world use
Most team decisions happen in a Slack thread and die there. Decidr gives those decisions a structure that survives the conversation.
